Shipping your appliances to Singapore

All appliances sold on ImportAppliances.sg come with free express shipping to anywhere in Singapore.

In order to offer you the best price & reliable products;

• ImportAppliances sources all its appliances directly from the European kitchen appliance manufacturers
• Once the ordered appliance reaches our warehouse, we express ship it to you immediately
  For most kitchen brands this takes 1 to 3 weeks. Please note it can take up to 8 weeks for black or white Miele appliances.
• All appliances are shipped via FedEx Express, TNT Air Freight or DHL

Deliveries

3 to 5 days for small kitchen appliances / products
5 to 8 days for large kitchen appliances / products

You will receive your appliances at the given delivery address within 2 to 5 weeks after the order has been placed and confirmed. If for any reason delivery takes longer than normal, ImportAppliances will notify you immediately and you will have the option to change or cancel your order free of charge.

Smooth & Easy Tracking

• Once the appliance leaves our European warehouse, you will receive a tracking number which allows you to follow and track your appliance all the way to Singapore via www.FedEx.com, www.TNT.com or DHL.
• The tracking page will show an estimated delivery date, so you'll know when to expect the delivery of your ordered kitchen appliance
• If you are not present at the delivery address on the day of the delivery the driver will leave you a note with contact details. You can then contact the courier to discuss a delivery date which suits you.
