Yes, that's not a problem at all. We can store your order (free of charge) up to 6months at our warehouse in Belgium. Please just send me an email at once you've placed your order and we'll make a note in our database to have your order delivered on your preferred date. Read more

ImportAppliances ships twice weekly from its warehouse in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Mind that most products need to be sourced from the manufacturer first, which usually takes 1-3 weeks. In case an appliance would not be in stock with the manufacturer we will contact you immediately to let you know when we expect to receive / ship it. If you're not happy with the expected delivery date you can cancel your order and we'll give you a full refund. As soon as the appliance leaves our warehouse we’ll send you a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Read more
Shipping to the major metropolitan areas usually only takes 3 to 5 days, shipping to remote areas can take up to 2 weeks. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse we'll send you a tracking number and the expected delivery date. Read more
The courier will leave a note when delivery was attempted and no one was home. The note will contain a reference number which you can use to change the delivery address, ask for delivery at a later date, or collect the package from a local depot. By default, the courier will try to deliver the item 3 days in a row. After that, the package will be returned to sender. We advise getting your appliance delivered to a business address to make sure someone is available all day to accept it. Read more

To make a claim under our 60-day peace of mind warranty, please contact us via email You will be asked to provide us with - a detailed description of the issue (if possible email us a video or photo). - your invoice or order number - a photo of your appliances ID sticker Our appliances consultant team in Europe will examine all information received and provide you with a suggested solution. In most cases, the warranty inquiries can be solved easily by following the instructions given by our European team via email. If we can't assist you via email, you'll need to contact your local technician to check and repair your appliances. Please note it is your responsibility to find a repair agent in your area. Once your appliance is working fine again, please email us a copy of your technician's invoice and we'll organise the warranty refund. Please note we reserve the right to refuse full payment if the repair amount seems unreasonable (for example when more expensive then the cost of your appliance). If you're unsure about the repair quote, please email us a copy upfront to check if the claim will be 100% covered by the 60-day peace of mind warranty. An appliance replacement offer will be provided only if we have received sufficient information proving that the appliance is unrepairable. The best thing to do is to contact your local electrician. All appliances for sale on our website are the same or very similar to products sold locally so there shouldn’t be any issues.
Keep your appliance’s model number handy and if you see an error code it’s also a good idea to already inform your technician about this before he visits your home.

We do accept payments via PayPal, but these attract a transaction cost of 2.8% when paying in EUR and 4.8% when paying in a different currency. If you would like to pay via PayPal, just send us an e-mail with the goods you would like to order, your shipping and billing address, telephone number and e-mail address. We'll then send you a PayPal invoice for the total sum + 2.8% (EUR) or 4.8% (non-EUR). Please note that we do not charge a transaction cost when you pay via Visa or Mastercard via our website.
